Collaborative Care the VIBEcare Way
There are over 90 research studies documenting that CoCM improves the outcomes of behavioral health conditions treated in the Primary Care. Components of the traditional CoCM include:

Consultation with a psychiatric prescriber (psychiatrist, ARNP)
Data tracking registry
PCP reports
Through our technology platform we have automated these components and augmented the CoCM with evidence-based interventions tailored to primary care based on our own research.
